Mo Gawdat is the former Chief Business Officer of Google’s ‘moon-shot factory’ of innovation Google [X].
After a 30-year career in tech, he switched focus and has since made happiness his primary topic of research. He is now the host of the wildly popular podcast Slo Mo and the author of three internationally bestselling books – Solve for Happy; Scary Smart; and That Little Voice in Your Head.
His upcoming title Unstressable was released in early 2024.
He is also the founder of One Billion Happy – a personal moon-shot initiative dedicated to spreading happiness and well-being to one billion people worldwide in honour of his late son Ali.
Gelong Thubten is a Tibetan Buddhist monk, meditation teacher and author. Thubten has been a monk for three decades during which he has spent over six years in isolated retreats.
He is now regarded as one of the UK’s most influential meditation teachers, working in schools, hospitals, prisons and rehab centres. He lectures at Oxford University and at large organisations such as The United Nations, Google and Facebook.
He is also a director of the humanitarian aid charity Rokpa International and the author of the Sunday Times bestsellers ‘A Monk’s Guide to Happiness’ and Handbook for Hard Times’.
